No demerits issued for the following: 34. Observed pillows in after school room with staining in need of clean. **Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). Observed water play center with standing water. Children was currently waking up from a nap. Ensure that the water play centers are being emptied after each session and washed/rinsed/sanitized. **Clean and sanitize water play centers and associated toys daily (if used) and when visibly soiled. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (c ). 49. Observed wood boarder around mulch splitting, exposing screw. Needs to be repaired to ensure there isn't an accident. **All play ground equipment must be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (c ).
