(NO POINTS DEDUCTED) 5. Observed packed chicken breasts thawing in sink before placement in oven. Keep raw chicken breasts in fridge holding at 45F or below until time to cook. Observed milk being transported on cart without ice bath. Provide ice bath. 7. Observed dial stem thermometer not present on site. Provide dial stem thermometer ranging from 0F - 220F. 11. Observed sanitizer concentration under 50 parts per million in kitchen. Solution was dumped and remade. Observed test strips provided, but operator had to leave kitchen area to retrieve. Ensure test strips are used every day to ensure correct solution is provided. 21. Obsered water collecting on inside surface of cabinet in 2's. Ensure sink is not leaking. 31. Observed storage in toddlers restroom. Keep restrooms free of storage unless they are used for diapering/toileting. 32. Observed cot chart not provided in Pre k. Observed mats not numbered in toddlers. Mr. Anthony was present during inspection.
