#19 Observed pink residue build up present on water fountain near 2 office rooms. #21 Observed 1 leak under sink in Early Pre K room. No items present under sink. Monitor other sinks to ensure leaks are repaired.#23 Observed brooms stored in restroom Early Pre-K, and 2's. #37 Observed slight dust debris build up in window sill of school age room in need of cleaning. #49. Observed one ride toy missing back set of wheels, and one table top missing from seating structure. **Back modular is not in use at time. Ms. Kristin was present during inspection.
