Ms. Andrea present during inspection today. 29) All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). Observed stock bottle of bleach in kitchen not stored behind lock and key. CDI: Item relocated. Reminder given to Assistant Director to ensure that dramatic play areas do not have empty chemical bottles in them for "play".
