Tightly secure loose bolt at top of sliding board deck. Replace damaged cap on hand railing leading down to playground area. Secure base of playground fence near Tuckaseegee Rd. Store items on the playground so they do not hold or collect water. Keep the premises clean and free of dilapidated structures and broken play equipment. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (a).
