Observed missing nut on screw/bolt at top of sliding board on playground area. Replace missing nut on screw/bolt located at top of sliding board. Mrs. Torrence and Mrs. Edwards present at time of inspection. CCA wood lasted sealed 6/9/13. Reseal wood by 6/9/15.
