Observed steps skipped in the diaper changing process. The employee did not wipe her nor the child's hands after discarding the soiled items, but before placing on the clean gloves (by choice) and clothes.
Follow the correct diaper changing procedure as described in 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (d).
Critical Violations #17 & 29 have been corrected. |
