General CommentsReinspection will be WITHIN 7 DAYS. Upon arrival, the Inspector was left outside knocking on the door (again) for 8 minutes. The children were yelling out "Who is it", and the adults were saying "Be quiet". The Inspector finally entered the house (about 15 minutes later) behind a parent dropping children off. IT IS A MUST THAT THE INSPECTOR IS ALLOWED TO ENTER THE FACILITY PROMPTLY. Ms. Agnes has been informed ONCE AGAIN it is against policy not to let Government officials in. Ms. Agnes has also been informed that if no one opens the door any other times, Law Enforcement will be called to assist with entry. Also upon arrival, there were 15 children in the childcare. Per Ms. Agnes, some were grandchildren. She has been informed (by the Inspector and Consultant (via phone) that she must stay in ratio and grandchildren are included in the count). The consultant Denise Watson has been contacted.
