Observed container of speciality milk stored in crickets room labeled with child's name and date marked 12/11/17. Milks should have been returned back home on 12/15/17. Return speciality milk back home at end of the week container of milk was brought into center. Observed case of oatmeal stored on the floor in upstairs kitchen. Store cases of food products off the floor.
Keep all food stored off the floor and in a manner that permits easy cleaning of the storage area. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (d)

Clean handles on equipment(hot holding units, refrigeration unit and freezer door). Detail clean dish machine. Clean spray nozzle on pre wash end of dish machine line. Detail clean mixer. General cleaning of equipment on main cook line. Clean hood system over dish machine. Clean base of freezer unit. Clean metal pass throughout gate closing at dish machine area.

Touch up paint door ledges leading into rooms. Touch-up paint throughout in rooms where needed(area under windows and near trash can storage area). Observed floor and lower section of wall wet under hand washing sink in doodle bugs room. I did not observe any water leaking from hand washing sink. Have some one to check plumbing in wall. Repair any leaks, repair and repaint wall.
Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. |
