#29 Observed plug ins present in back room where child care food is stored. No kids present in back room at time of inspection. Plug ins were removed immediately and placed behind lock and key. Observed freeze pack stored out on top of the bulletin board near back door. Ice pack was moved on site. **All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b).Ms. Hill was present during inspection
