General Comment:
15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e) (e) Hot water used for cleaning and sanitizing utensils and laundry shall be provided at a minimum temperature of 120 degrees Fahrenheit at the point of use. Observed hot water in kitchen reaching only 112F. Water had been running for laundry and dish washing. Water heater was checked and temperature was rechecked at end of inspection and temperature exceeded 120F. |
