Defrost and clean freezer section of refrigeration unit in infant room.**Keep all non-food contact surfaces and equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f) and .2809 (1) and (3). #34. Observed cracks and crevices on up right stationary toy fixture in infant room soiled. Thoroughly clean cracks and crevices on stationary fixture.**Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). #44. Observed old gardening table stored behind dumpster corral. Remove old gardening table from behind dumpster corral. #49. Observed damaged railing on handicap ramp. Damaged railing removed from ramp at time of inspection.**Keep the premises clean and free of dilapidated structures and broken play equipment. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (a).
