Observed loose laminate on back splash behind two compartment sink. Tightly secure laminate on back splash.** #32. Observed cribs not labeled with children name. Infant name was posted above cribs along with a number system. Individual cribs labeled with child's/infant name at time of inspection. Mrs. Melinda Moore and Mrs. Christy Hunter present at time of inspection!
