15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. Observed hall bathroom that is used for cleaning storage is unlocked with no lock on the door and is full of chemicals. Observed cabinet in Room 1 containing hazardous items such as aerosol bug sprays with door on one side unlocked. This door has a lock but it was not engaged. Observed cabinet in Room 6 not locked with aerosolize spray inside. Observed cabinet in 7A with hazardous items inside with lock not engaged. Needs to be locked. PROVISIONAL ITEM. |
