Follow the correct diaper changing procedure as described in 15A NCAC 18A Observed childcare provider use same wipe for multiple swipes. Shall use one wipe per swipe. Observed childcare provider use same wipe from child to wipe diaper changing pad before finishing diaper change. Discard wipe and use paper towel and proceed with diaper change. |
