Dedee Goldsmith was present during the inspection.#13 - Observed single service drinking cups were overfilled in a dispenser and mouth rim of cups exposed. Keep all cups propected. ** Single-service articles must be kept clean and protected from contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .2809 (8), .2814 (a) and (b).#34 - Observed a oversized plush fish was stained in room 3, and a toy vacuum stored int he restroom. **Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b)#46 - Wood on the playground was last sealed on 8/22/2012 (pergella, fence)
