NO DEMERITS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #20. In child care centers, areas accessible to children shall be free of identified lead poisoning hazards as defined in G.S. 130A-131.7(7). Observed no lead water sampling completed per NC State law. Director Mrs. Harris stated that she has received testing kit and will return take water samples in the coming days.
