General Comments

Ms. Cameo Harris was present during the inspection. NO POINTS ISSUED FOR THE FOLLOWING: 5.Observed sticks of butter on kitchen counter at room temperature, and cookie dough was store inside the refrigerator uncovered. **Keep all potentially hazardous food stored below 45F in refrigerator, and keep all food covered while stored. 27. Observed a package of clean wipes were stored on the diaper changing surface. **Recommend not storing wipes on diapering surface to prevent contamination 32. Observed a pack-n-play used for napping with a mat less than 2 inched thick. Warning on pack-n-play prohibit adding mattress or padding. **This department recommends the use of cribs for napping. 39. Observed the light bulb above the kitchen sink was not shatter proof. **All light bulbs must be sheilded of shatter proof. 49. Observed the outside play structured with chipping paint. **Keep all play equipment clean, ingood repair, and free of deteriorated paint.
