Candice Wilson and Wayne McClellan were present during the inspection.#5 - Observed bottles of juice were stored on the pantry floor. The juice was moved to an upper shelf during the inspection. **Food and beverage shall not be stored on the floor.#21 - Observed the wooden toilet seat in the restroom with worn surface. **Repair or replace toilet seat, so that it is non-absorbant and easily cleanable.
