Ms. Cameo Harris was present during the inspection.#7 - Provide a thermometer in the kitchen refrigerator. **Provide accurate thermometer in all refrigerators. See rule .2806 (h) #37 - Observed chipping paint in some areas in the care room. **Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. See rule sections .2824 and .2825. Carpets were extraction cleaned on 6/29/13#46 - No CCA treated lumber present.
