The kitchen dishwashing sink shall be supplied with hot water at 120°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). Observed hot water reach 116F at 2 compartment handsink in kitchen. Hot water accessing 2 compartment sink in kitchen was adjusted during time of inspection, hot water restored to 120F.
