A bottle warming on the food prep area hand washing sink in the Infant Room. **Keep all food protected from splash.37: Observed: A rug in the kitchen. The flooring around the floor drain/3 comp sink dirty. **Keep all floors clean. Relocate soap and paper towels in the middle of two sinks. Provide soap and paper towels at the new sink located between changing stations in Infants.
