Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). Observed broken toilet flush handle in school age classroom. Replace or repair flush handle so that toilet will flush after usage. Observed toilet at the end of hall on the right continuously running. PIC placed a work-order to get it repaired.
