#19 Observed water fountain with low pressure and microbial deposits collecting around drain basin.#10 Observed high chairs in infant room collecting debris on underside of trays. Highchair top surface starting to flake. #26 Observed disinfecting test strips to be expired. #21 Observed loose toilet seat in 2's bathroom. #49 Observed flaking paint on playground equipment. Lead swab check was done and test resulted negative. Facility records will be reviewed to ensure facility is lead free.#31 Observed storage on floor in 3's closet. Ms. Quarles was present during inspection.
