General Comments

Kim Middleton was present during the inspection. 11. Observed the classroom quat sanitizer was 100ppm. **Quaternary Ammonium sanitizing solutions shall be maintained between 200 - 400 ppm. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (b)(5)(D) 29. (CRITICAL) Observed one container of disinfectant wipes was stored on a self on an unlocked cabinet in classroom #2. One container of "in-use" disinfectant wipes is not required locking while stored, however must be stored above 5ft of the floor (out of reach of the children). 34. Observed the interior of the washing machine was very rusty. **Keep all equipment in good repair.
