Observed brown staining in cabinets from old leak. Spoke with director who stated staining would not come out. Encouraged to paint interior of cabinet. **Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b).
