NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #23 - Observed hand washing sign not posted at 2's hand sink. EHS to make return visit to bring signs. **Hand washing signs shall be posted at all hand washing areas. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (e) #37 - Observed several areas in infant room where floor tile is cracked. Observed spillage on wall of 2's classroom under window sill. Wall wiped clean during inspection. **Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. #49 - Observed bucket with standing water on playground. Observed laminate peeling up from concrete area in front of entry door outside. **Keep the property free of standing water. 15A NCAC 18A .2831 (b). **Keep the premises clean and free of dilapidated structures and broken play equipment. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (a). Ensure bottles are labeled "sanitizer" to comply with the rule and prevent confusion. **All sanitizing solutions shall be labeled with the word "sanitizer". 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (c ).
