Base of door is rusted out and holes present. Secure loose rubber cove base molding in pre k 2 room near back door. Patch hole in wall in sump pump room. Nail in protruding nails on fencing surrounding HVAC system and on outside storage shed. Tightly secure base of playground fencing facing West BLVD.---choking hazard. Store items on the playground so they do not hold or collect water. Repair broken steps on playground fixture. Repair/replace damaged slide. Observed old water damaged chalk boards leaning against building within the playground area. Remove water damaged items from the playground area. Recommend properly placing water diverters on the base of gutters on back building so water does not pool and collect at base of building.
