General Comment: #10. Observed clean sippy cup with lid on it and moisture in cup. Lid removed from cup to allow air-drying. Thoroughly air-dry utensil/equipment(sippy-cup) before stacking or storing. #29. Observed aerosol container of Lysol stored on top of refrigeration unit in kitchen. Store cleaning, hazardous products or items in aerosol containers locked in a locked cabinet in kitchen or store hazardous, cleaning or aerosol containers in back of resident not acessible to children. Aerosol container locked in non permitted space in resident.***All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). #32. Observed plastic still on new mattress in crib covered by linen. Remove plastic from any sleeping surface before using. Plastic removed from crib mattress at time of inspection.
