Observed water stained ceiling and sheet rock tape on ceiling at front entrance coming loose. Repair any roof leaks, secure ceiling sheet rock tape and repaint ceiling at front entrance. Touch up paint lower section of wall in front classroom area beside computer desk. Wipe/clean wall around light switch and area behind hand washing sink in children bathroom.
Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. |

Replace light bulbs in light fixture in kitchen which shatterproof coating is coming off. Monitor rust spots on floor register near children bathroom and touch-up paint rust spots on register or replace. Clean wall return air vent cover beside dress up clothes storage area.
