Sign was posted during inspection. **Hand washing signs shall be posted at all hand washing areas. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (e) 34. Observed buildup on dramatic play kitchen set in room not currently being used. Needs to be cleaned. **Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). 39. Observed light shield missing in the bathrooms in the 2 year old and empty classroom. **Keep all light fixtures clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (a).
