GENERAL COMMENTS NO DEMERITS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #12. Keep all non-food contact surfaces and equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f) and .2809 (1) and (3). Observed food debris build up under high chair tray in toddler room 1. Clean. #39. Light bulbs must be shatterproof or shielded. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (a). Observed un shielded non shatterproof light bulbs in 4's-5's restroom and women's hallway restroom lights. *NOTE: Ms. Beverly was present during time of inspection. Observed disinfectant at 250 ppm throughout center. Directors used her strips to check the strength of the disinfectant and it read between 300-450ppm. EHS advised director to wait the required amount of time that is stated on the strips to ensure an accurate reading.
