(NOTE): WATER SAMPLE RESULT PROVIDED DURING INSPECTION; ONE ROOM OF CONCERN WITH A HAND WASHING SINK MEASURING 1.65 PPB (LEAD). RECOMMENDATION IS A LOW COST REMIDATION; HOWEVER CENTER TESTED ALL WATER POINTS OF USE INSTEAD OF FOOD PREP AND DRINKING WATER. HAND SINK IN QUESTION IS FOR HAND WASHING ONLY AND HAS SIGNAGE TO DESIGNATE.
