General Comment: #12. Observed water stain on shelving under two compartment sink plumbing in cabinet area. Water was turned on at two compartment sink for an extended period of time. No water was observed leaking from plumbing fixture. Continue to monitor area under sink and repair any leaks if needed.**Keep all non-food contact surfaces and equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f) and .2809 (1) and (3). #49. Clean toys/fixtures on playground when weather permit.**All play ground equipment must be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (c ).
