General Comment: #12. Observed gasket on refrigeration unit in kitchen starting to split. Monitor and repalce gasket on refrigeration unit.**Keep all non-food contact surfaces and equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f) and .2809 (1) and (3). *28. Observed small container of baby teething gel stored in side pocket on diaper changing bag. Store medication locked away. Teething medication locked away at time of inspection. Once again have teacher to inspect baby bags once children arrive to day care!**All medications must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (d). Ms. Joyce Cunningham presentat time of inspection.
