General Comments

NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #30 - Observed accessible, unpermitted hallway leading into the rest of the facility. Ensure that the hallway is closed off to prevent children from accessing non-permitted areas. #37 - Observed floors in childcare center room with gaps by the walls. Observed touch-up paint needed on doors and door frames. NOTE: Observed mats that were two or more inches think that were placed in pack-and-plays to comply with sanitition rules. However, manufacturers specifications state that only the mattress that is provided shall be used in order to prevent suffocation hazards. EHS recommended following manufactuers specifications. Director has pack-n-play with two-inch matress and will use it from now on.
