NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #13 - Observed debris collecting in utensil drawer in kitchen. **Protect food service equipment from contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .2814 (a) and (b). #31 - Observed minor dust and debris collecting on a toy shelf and in a cabinet under sink counter in room 5. **Adequate space shall be provided for the storage of equipment, furniture, toys, clothes, linens, backpacks, book bags, diaper bags, beds, cots, mats, and supplies and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (a). #32 - Observed build-up in the washing machine seal in laundry room. #37 - Observed minor cleaning needed on floors in a few corners of classrooms. **Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
