Observed handle of knives in kitchen collecting residue. Observed brush in kitchen collecting food residue. Observed multi use cup for child to get water stored on bottle of water. Caregiver stated that cup is washed in the hand sink with soapy water and the end of the day cup is being washed rinsed and sanitized.
Multi-service utensils must be washed, rinsed, and sanitized after each use. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (e), Cups cannot be washed in a hand sink. Cup must be washed after each use. |
