Hot water shall be maintained between 80°F and 110°F at handwashing sinks accessible to children. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). 37. Observed touch up paint needed near the handwashing sink in the meeting area in the second building. Observed one cracked tile and weak floor near toilet in bathroom in the second building. Needs to be repaired. Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
