General Comments

Ms. Stephanie present during the inspection, Mrs. Belin accepted the report. 12. Observed microwave with dried food debris. **Keep all kitchen equipment clean. 29. (CRITICAL) Observed bleach, NABC concentrated cleaner, and aerosol cooking spray was stored in an unlocked cabinet beneath the kitchen sink. **Keep all hazardous items and cleaner stored behind lock and key. 31. Observed the exterior storage closets needed organizing, and aerosol cooking pray was stored beneath the sink in the kitchen. **Organize all storage closets. **Discontinue storing clean supply items and consumables beneath sewage lines (sink drains) 37. Observed ceiling in the process of repair. **Continue with repairs and finish with paint and molding. 46. Observed CCA treated lumber on the playground is now painted. **Keep paint in good repair. 49. Observed a large blue tarp on the ground holding pockets of water on the main playground. **Keep equipment free of standing water to prevent mosquito breeding.
