General Comments

#13 Observed kitchen utensils stored opposite side handle not exposed. Invert utinsils to prevent contamination. #5 Observed milk on bottom shelf of ktichen fridge with date of 2/15/15 and in infant/toddler building with a date of 1/15/15. Items were pulled on site. #10 Observed can opener soiled around blade in kitchen. Keep can opener clean and in good repair. Since previous inspection both buildings have been combined to 1 license. They are not separate licensed facilities. Following inspections will include both buildings on 1 inspection report. CCA wood treatment date for infant/toddler building was 8/1/14. Next inspection wood shall be sealed. A form will be sent to document and keep on file. Mr. Belin was present during inspection.
