No points deducted: #4-- Observed refrigerator in older infants class with fluctuating ambient temperature. Temperatures ranging from 47-56F. All bottles were placed in kitchen reach in cooler. Refrigerator was replaced at time of visit. Observed hole in ceiling tile above food storage in kitchen. Observed stain in carpet in Gym. Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
