General Comments

Donna Sand and Ms.Karen were present during the inspection.#27 - Observed the soapy water was very concentrated and turn white while cleaning the diapering surface. **Prodive a spray bottle with plain water to rinse between clean and disinfect steps of the diaper change procedure. Review diaper changing sign. **Follow the correct diaper changing procedure as described in 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (d).#32 - Observed one crib with a child sleeping in it was not labeled. **All cribs, beds, cots and mats must be labeled with each individual child's name. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (c ).#37 - Observed the stall partitions with rust in the boys hall restroom. **Keep all floors, walls and ceiling clean and in good repair.#46 - CCA wood mulch/fence borders have been replace.#49 - Observed hooks on swing set with rust. **All play ground equipment must be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (c ).
