The kitchen dishwashing sink shall be supplied with hot water at 120°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). Observed hot water only reach 108F during inspection, facility does not cook, prepared food and produce no dish ware that require washing, CDI work order placed to have hot water maintained at 120F and higher in kitchen. |
