General Comment:
15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). Storage in toilet rooms shall be limited to toileting and diapering supplies. Observed unused bathroom being used as storage room. Facility still has operating toilet in the room so storage shall be limited to toileting and diapering supplies. |
