Thoroughly clean sleeping cots and remove old adhesive off of cots. Discard damaged sleeping cots. Space sleeping cots at least eighteen inches apart when children are sleeping on cots. All cribs, beds, cots and mats must be labeled with each individual child's name. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (c ). Clean walls within room where needed. Observed corner wall damage in 2's classroom and 2's bathroom behind toilet. Thoroughly clean wall around light switch in 2'sbathrooms. Caulk/seal hand washing sink to walls in bathroom and classrooms. Repaint throughout where needed and lower section of wall in 2's room where wall was patched.
