General Comment: #12. Thoroughly clean labels from exterior of baby bottle/sippy cups. Labels removed and rewashed at time of inspection.**Keep all non-food contact surfaces and equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f) and .2809 (1) and (3). #28. Observed box of tooth paste stored on top of black cabinet in 2's/3's room. Toothpaste locked away at time of inspection. KEEP ALL MEDICATION LOCKED AWAY!**All medications must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (d). #29. Observed white board expo cleaner stored in top drawer of filing cabinet in Pre k 2 room. Label on container stated non toxic but had additional warnings. Keep hazardous products locked away. White board cleaner locked away at time of inspection.**All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). #34. Wipe/clean tape adhesive from shelving and cubby area.**Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b).
