Caulk/seal back splash on diaper changing table to base in infant II room. ****Diaper changing surface must be easily cleanable, non-absorbent, smooth, and intact. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (b). #21. Replace stained toilet seat in bathroom between infant I and infant II room.**Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). #34. Loose handles on cabinet doors tighten at time of inspection. Wipe/clean area around lid on clothes washer machine.**Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). #37. Replace water stained ceiling tiles in rooms since roof has been repaired. Monitor, clean or replace worn/stained carpet in teacher resource room.**Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
