#19 - Observed minor pink build-up on the water fountain spout. #25 - Observed caregiver in toddler room state that sanitizer was being used on the diaper changing table instead of disinfectant. Caregiver was educated on using disinfectant at the proper concentration for disinfecting diaper changing tables.
