General Comment: #10. Thoroughly air-dry utensil/equipment before stacking or storing. Observed moisture between sippy cups on drain board above dish machine. Cups pyramid stacked to allow air-drying.**Completely air-dry all . equipment and utensils before stacking or storing the items. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (h) #27. Observed diaper changing pad on diaper changing table in yellow room separating along side of seams. Diaper changing pad discarded and replaced at time of inspection.**Diaper changing surface must be easily cleanable, non-absorbent, smooth, and intact. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (b). #34. WIpe/clean underside edge of table in infant 2 room. Repair hinge on cabinet door in green room. #37. Touch-up paint area in infant room where safety gate is installed near diaper changing area. Tightly secure loose transitional floor moulding in orange room near entrance to bathroom. Monitor water stained ceiling tile in green and red room, repair any roof leaks then replace water stained ceiling tiles. Repair and repaint underside of overhang on playground area. Observed underside damaged and loose paint hanging on underside of overhang.**Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. #49. Repair damaged boarder on playground. Remove old boards from behind playground fencing. Keep the premises clean and free of dilapidated structures and broken play equipment. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (a). Ms. Holland present at time of inspection.
